Why Goodness Knows?
Following the birth of our daughter Annabelle, and like countless other health conscious mums, I became more aware of additives and preservatives in my young family’s food and the benefits of eating organic. The idea for setting up Goodness Knows was cemented after a particularly bad nights sleep and when, at the time, my local organic shop didn’t sell pure, unadulterated puree. I remember the nearest thing to pear puree on offer was pear conserve – hardly ideal!
