Reducing food miles and emissions

All of our organic produce is sourced locally and we transport our goods by ‘piggy backing onto routes already mapped out by our frozen logistics company i.e. if we know they are already going to deliver to Cornwall we will simply plan the delivery to fit with a journey already being made, thus dramatically reducing our carbon footprint.
